Orders are Handmade to order within 5 working days.
Once Posted Shipping Estimates are as follows:
UK STANDARD: 1-5 Working Days
UK 1ST CLASS SIGNED FOR: 1-5 Working Days (Signature Required)
UK SPECIAL DELIVERY: 1-2 Working Days Guaranteed (Signature required)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 7-28 Working Days (Tracked & Signed for when possible)
Shipping Estimates are given to us by Royal Mail, once handed over we are not in control of how your parcels are handled.
* Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any items that become lost or that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer inaccuracy - this may incur additional costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
We only accept a return if:
Your item is not Personalised/customised
Your item has arrived damaged/has been made incorrectly
Items must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for returning these items, covering any shipping fees and custom charges incurred for receiving your return. We can only refund the item costs once we receive the item - refunds can take up to 7 working days to show funds in your account. We recommend sending via a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost items.
We MUST be informed of your return within 14 days and items posted to us within 21 working days.
